Local Pickup Orders: Local pickup orders are available for same-day collection if placed before 12 PM EST. Orders submitted after the 12 PM EST cutoff will be processed and ready for pickup the following business day.

Processing time: Please allow one business day for the processing of all online orders, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are only processed during business hours. Online orders will be packaged and shipped the next business day.

Standard Shipping: 3 to 9 business days

Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days

Returns : Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for full refund. Items returned after the 7 day return period will be refunded onto a gift card. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

Please note that opened items, such as dehydrated or raw treats, are non-returnable. Additionally, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
