Shipping & Pickup Information

Local Pickup Orders:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are eligible for same-day pickup. Orders placed after the 12:00 PM cutoff will be ready for pickup on the next business day.

Order Processing Time:
Please allow 1 business day for order processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are processed during regular business hours and shipped on the next business day after processing.

Shipping Options – Canada

Standard Shipping:
Within Ontario: 1–5 business days
Rest of Canada: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping:
Within Ontario: 1–2 business days
Rest of Canada: 2–4 business days

FREE Shipping: On all orders over $200 CAD
Please Note: All shipping time frames exclude weekends and holidays and are estimates only.

We are not responsible for carrier-related delays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen shipping issues once the package leaves our facility.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window: Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Gift Card Refund: Returns made after 7 days (but within 30 days) will be refunded as a store gift card.

Final Sale: No returns or refunds accepted after 30 days.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened items (including dehydrated or raw treats)
Perishable or used products

Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
